- Weather Situation
A complex low pressure system will persist over the Tasman Sea for the remainder of the weekend. A narrow ridge of high pressure over western Bass Strait will contract to eastern Bass Strait on Sunday. A trough of low pressure south of the Bight will approach far western coastal waters Sunday night then will move eastwards across Bass Strait on Monday. Another low pressure system is expected to cross the Bight on Tuesday moving eastwards to NSW on Wednesday.

Westerly 15 to 20 knots easing to 5 to 10 knots by late afternoon then becoming variable in direction.
