Accommodation  Conditions

• A booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• A 24hr cancellation policy is required for accommodation.
• If cancellation is within 24hrs all deposits will be lost.
• Packages cannot be split into different days. Once a package has been started, all dives and air fills associated with packages must be used. Any unused dives and air fills are non refundable
• Accommodation is at The Queenscliff Dive Centre with shared rooms and same gender occupancy.
• Private rooms are available, please enquire for prices.
• Included with accommodation is the use of our onsite pool and spa unless prior arrangements have been booked.
• Linen, pillows & towels are not included with accommodation prices; linen can be hired for $10 per set per stay.   Breakfast is included with accommodation, consisting of assortment of cereals, spreads, breads, tea, coffee, Milo and juices.
• Catering is available for groups of 10 or more please enquire for full pricelist.
• Any breakages/damages caused by guests will be paid for in full immediately.
• Cleaning bond may be required on occasions.
• Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

Dive Package Conditions

• Packages cannot be split into different days. Once a package has been started, all dives and air fills associated with packages must be used. Any unused dives and air fills are non refundable.
• Dive and air fills cards are valid for 1 year.
• Accommodation is at The Queenscliff Dive Centre with shared rooms and same gender occupancy.
• Private rooms are available, please enquire for prices.
• Included with accommodation is the use of our onsite pool and spa unless prior arrangements have been booked.
